1. Use only at night.
2. Start slowly by using every other night for one week and then use for nightly exfoliation but no more frequently than once per day.
3. Massage 2-3 drops into face and neck after cleanser, and before moisturiser.
4. Do not rinse off.
5. Allow serum to be absorbed into the skin before applying your moisturiser.
6. Use 2-3 times a week if you have sensitive skin.
